Ray installed a back check valve in my basement..in the wrong location. After ensuring me I would never have back flow into my basement after the last flood, here I am dealing with flooding. He took several days to return a message about it, and when he finally did, all he said was “ check for debris” which there was zero. Not once did he offer to come out to the property to take a look. Now I have another professional plumber telling me that it is installed in the wrong place and I need to pay again to have it remedied. Steer clear.
